Q. "How long has Experience Electronica been in the DJ business?"
A:
Experience Electronica has over 12 years in the mobile DJ / PCDJ industry and has entertained thousands of smiling faces at many different types of events. :)
 

Q. "What kind of music do you have available?"
A:
Experience Electronica plays from a virtually unlimited library containing more than 23,000 titles, ranging from the 30's to today's hottest hits! If we don't have the type of music you want to hear, NO-ONE does!
 

Q. "What is digital quality music?"
A:
Digital quality music is analog data recorded to digital media, such as a computer hard drive. Digital media can be sampled at a much higher bitrate than your standard audio compact disc. The media is then protected from outside damages, unlike CD's.

Q. "How can I be sure that Experience Electronica will perform to my expectations?"
A:
Our professional planning consultants / DJs work very closely with each client using "fail safe" communication techniques which include meeting face to face one - two weeks prior to the event. This is to ensure that all details are identified and questions are answered for both the client and ourselves.
 

Q. "Does Experience Electronica offer discounts for fundraising events?"
A:
We offer discounted entertainment services for students, senior citizens, and certain fundraisers. Click contacts to discuss your specific needs with a professional planning consultant.

Q. "Will Experience Electronica coordinate the agenda for my event?"
A:
Absolutely! In fact we pride ourselves in our ability to "pilot" the event (if you will). We work very closely with caterers, photographers, or any other groups who may be involved in the event - and we do so while following a pre-determined agenda created in our meeting(s) with you.
 

Q. "How reliable are your DJs / PCDJs and their equipment?"
A:
All of our DJs / PCDJs are armed with backup equipment to ensure the show will go on in the event of technical difficulties. Each of our staff members have the exact same training; procedural as well as technological.
 

Q. "How do I pay, or when does my payment have to be made?"
A:
We accept many forms of payment which include cash, personal check, cashier's check, or money order. We also accept secure online Visa / MC payments through Paypal (an e-bay affiliate). All we ask is if you are paying by personal check, that the payment be made 10 business days in advance. All other types of payments are acceptable anytime before the event date itself.
